Air Canada Vacations now offers Allianz COVID-19 Coverage and Assistance Plan with 2020/2021 Vacation Packages

The three biggest challenges facing Canadians and international travel have been the:
1) non-essential travel ban outside the country (no leisure travel),
2) no travel insurance coverage for COVID-19 -related emergencies and
3) the 14-day quarantine upon return into Canada.

Our hands have been tied to these three factors impacting Canadians facing travel decisions. But we are slowing moving forward and into the right direction so that travellers have options and can resume safe travel when they are ready.

Air Canada Vacations, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Air Canada Vacations has announced that they will now include COVID-19 coverage and assistance plan administered by Allianz Global Assistance at no additional cost to travellers.

Now, we can travel with confidence and enjoy vacation this season with peace of mind! The plan is designed to cover emergency medical and quarantine costs related to COVID-19 while travelling. This new coverage is included with vacation packages to select destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean, booked on or after August 31st and covers eligible travellers departing between September 4, 2020 and April 30, 2021.

Cruise vacation

We were looking for a cruise for our next vacation but didn't know where to begin. Renee helped us select a cruise with Royal Caribbean that was perfect for our family. She arranged all the details, including the flights, transfers, hotel stays before and after the cruise. The vacation was perfect and absolutely no issues! Los Cabos Mexico

Our recent trip to Los Cabos was a great opportunity for me to spend some quality father son time with my boys. Flight times were great and the transfers to and from the airport were quick and easy.

We had the opportunity to explore San Jose Del Cabo and we also made our way up to Cabo San Lucas via public transit. Travel on the bus was easy and gave us an opportunity to absorb a bit of the local vibe. Once in Cabo we decided to take in some lunch and an excursion out to the arch at Lands End. A great way to spend the day.

All in all this was a great get away and the only thing better than the vacation itself was the service we received from You!

Mexico at Christmas

Renee booked our family trip to Mexico this Christmas and it was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about different places to vacation as a family. She answered any questions we had and made sure we were very prepared for the trip! I highly recommend Renee and will absolutely contact her again for travel bookings!! Thanks Renee!

Disneyland

Planning trips is super overwhelming for me, and I don’t have the time or patience to look up reviews and good hotels, restaurants etc. An acquaintance of mine recommended Renee and I’m so grateful she did. We wanted to go to Disneyland, so we gave her the dates and our budget, and she quickly returned with a few options. She’s also travelled there before and was able to recommend fun themed restaurants, day trips and other tidbits to make our experience great. Our flight on the way there was delayed, and we had a reservation booked for that evening. I sent her an email, and within an hour she had our reservation rescheduled. Disney Cruise Vacation

We had a magical vacation and so glad my friend Renee Tsang helped me plan it! My Disney vacation went off without a hitch! It was by far my family's favourite vacation and I owe a lot of the credit to Renee. Thank you my friend! Besides doing the booking for me she bought us some Disney gifts before our cruise! Then when we got onboard their was a sweet treat from her as well a spa treatment of the "Rainforest" at the "Senses" spa, it was amazing!! I can't wait for us to plan our next Disney vacation.....Disney World!!!

First time Mexico Family Vacation!

Renee helped us book a trip all inclusive 7 day trip to Mexico. I had no idea what I was looking for just that I wanted hot and sand. Customer service with flights

Renee helped us when we had issues with checking online with our flights. When we arrived at the airport, there was no record of our booking! We called Renee right away and she was able to locate our booking and resolved the issue within 15 minutes. She also advised there was a 24 hour customer service line we could call if we had issues with our flights. Honeymoon
